Job description

As part of the expansion of its healthcare team, our private clinic located in downtown Geneva is looking for one or two full-time registered nurses, available as soon as possible or by agreement.

You will join a clinic on a human scale, combining excellent care, modern facilities, and comprehensive, attentive, and personalized patient care.

Your responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care in collaboration with the medical team
Perform nursing care and procedures in accordance with current protocols in several areas of medicine and surgery
Monitor patients’ clinical condition and follow up on treatments
Participate in the coordination of care and the transmission of information
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality rules
Contribute to the smooth running of the department and the quality of patient care

Required profiles

Swiss nursing degree or degree recognized in Switzerland (equivalence)
Experience in a private clinic or hospital setting desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Rigorous, reliable, professional discretion and dexterity in care
Fluent in French, both spoken and written, and good level of English, spoken and written
