On the day: your insurance card or, in the event of an accident, your details (insurance company name, claim number, date of accident), plus proof of identity.
Cancellation policy :
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
However, in order to ensure the best possible organization and to allow other patients to benefit from an appointment, any consultation cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed. Thank you for your understanding.

We work with a variety of cover models:
- Swiss insurance (KVG/LAMal and supplementary)
- International insurance.
- Private and institutional patients (embassies, organizations, companies) – direct payment on the basis of itemized invoices
